Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Coconut Secret Hoisin Sauce

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add ground chicken. Using a spatula, break apart until crumbled and browned. About 3-5 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the ginger, garlic, white onion, Hoisin, Coconut Aminos and vinegar until well combined.
Add the water chestnuts, green onions, salt and pepper to taste!
Serving suggestion:
I like to place the cooked ground chicken in a large bowl on our dining table along with a big plate of butter lettuce leaves. Scoop a few tablespoons onto a leaf and then roll into a wrap.
For an extra flavor kick, have some crushed red pepper on the side for the adults! Leftovers can be stored if any in a glass container in the fridge and used later as a salad topping, as lunch for the next day, or as a delicious breakfast hash.
