Garlic Cauliflower Pizza

This delicious homemade vegan-optional Garlic Cauliflower Pizza is ready to eat in just 20–25 minutes! A total crowd pleaser! 


  • 1 cauliflower pizza crust
  • 1/4 medium head (about 1/2lb) cauliflower (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (optional, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley or cilantro or basil
  • 4 oz. shredded Manchego (even that is optional) 
  • 2 Tbsp Majestic Garlic Creamy Garlic Spread
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Drizzle with Coconut Aminos to taste


Heat oven to 425°F or follow instructions on cauliflower box.

On a baking sheet place unbleached baking paper and lay pizza crust on top.

Distribute the Creamy Garlic Spread on pizza crust

Scatter vegetables over top, then cover with shredded cheese (optional).

Add the salt and pepper.

Bake until cauliflower is tender and crust is golden brown and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.

Drizzle Coconut Aminos and some fresh herbs on top and serve.
