Quick and delicious, this flavorful meal is easy to prepare by marinating organic chicken in Coconut Aminos, rosemary, Himalayan salt and pepper and baking the chicken rubbed with 1 Tsp of our Alive Coconut Oil at 450F for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160F. 

For the veggies, we marinated 1 cup organic butternut squash with our Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp per 1 cup veggies) heated in a pan with our Alive Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp for 1 cup of veggies).

When soft we added the cucumber and mushrooms for just a few minutes and voila, all delicious! Drizzle some Coconut Aminos for extra flavor!
