Chocolate Chip Coconut Banana Fudge Bars

Chocolate Chip Coconut Banana Fudge Bars

A super tasty gluten-free treat that is quick and easy to prepare!

Recipe:
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup organic nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc)
  • 2 tsp of gelatin or agar agar
  • 1/4 cup organic chocolate chips
  • Topped with 1 bar of Coconut Secret Chocolate Chip Grain Free Granola Bar!

Directions:

Purée the bananas in a food processor, then add nut butter and blend again. Next, add the prepared gelatin or agar agar and the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan and top with Grain Free Granola Bar. Freeze for an hour and enjoy!
