Delicious gluten-free BISCUITS! Perfect for Thanksgiving! Garlic Cheddar Coconut Flour Biscuits with Fresh Chives by Heather @enjoyable_eats.

Heather says: “These biscuits smelled sooo good while they were baking that we ended up eating them straight out of the oven! Now I’ll have to make them a second time! I used coconut flour instead of traditional all purpose flour to make them gluten-free.”

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Secret Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 cup organic shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup melted ghee
  • 4 large organic eggs


Preheat oven to 350*.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine dry ingredients, then add ghee and eggs. Stir until well mixed. Use an ice-cream scooper to scoop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

The smell will fill your house with delight!
