Delicious gluten-free BISCUITS! Perfect for Thanksgiving! Garlic Cheddar Coconut Flour Biscuits with Fresh Chives by Heather @enjoyable_eats.
Heather says: “These biscuits smelled sooo good while they were baking that we ended up eating them straight out of the oven! Now I’ll have to make them a second time! I used coconut flour instead of traditional all purpose flour to make them gluten-free.” Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Coconut Secret Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup organic shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp fresh chopped chives
- 1/4 cup melted ghee
- 4 large organic eggs
Preheat oven to 350*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine dry ingredients, then add ghee and eggs. Stir until well mixed. Use an ice-cream scooper to scoop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
The smell will fill your house with delight!
