Eggs colored with Coconut Aminos
Soy-Free Shoyu Tamago - (Eggs colored with Coconut Aminos)

6 hard boiled organic eggs
2 cups water
2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp Coconut Crystals
(seasoning of choice such as sesame, rosemary or sage)Instructions:
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Crack and peel the shell and set aside.
In a small pot, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add the sauce mixture of Coconut Aminos, Teriyaki Sauce
and Coconut Crystals. Transfer the eggs into the sauce mixture. Turn off the heat and let steep for an hour. Serve with preferred seasoning.
