Green Goodness Soup

Here is our vibrant, nourishing Green Goodness Soup or smoothie recipe that is easy to make and tastes awesome!


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups salad: baby spinach or super greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh green peas (or lightly steamed for 2 minutes if frozen)
  • 1 clove peeled garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • pinch salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Garnish:

Top with raw seaweed (we love @seasnax organic nori cut into cute hearts to form clover 
1 Tbsp coconut milk or cream to drizzle
1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos to drizzle

Instructions:

Put the first 10 ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.  You can serve it right out of the blender as a smoothie, or steaming hot as a soup.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with seaweed clover-hearts, a drizzle of Coconut Aminos and a drizzle Coconut milk or cream. So delicious!
