This recipe is made with our Coconut Vinegar , Alive Coconut Oil and Coconut Nectar.
2/3 cup Alive Coconut Oil (melted)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Coconut Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
1 garlic clove (small, smashed)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Himalayan pink salt
freshly ground pepper
We love seasonal fruit in our salad. It gives it a fresh summer flavor.
A great dressing is quickly made with our Coconut Vinegar. And nope,
it doesn’t taste like coconut at all, but has a fresh citrus-y taste.
Stir all ingredients together and toss desired amount on your salad.
Leftovers can easily be stored in the fridge. Just remove it a few minutes
before using it. You can also help it get the right texture under warm water.
