Keto Cinnamon Donuts made with Coconut Flour

Ingredients: (serves 10)
½ cup Coconut Flour (64 grams)
1/3 cup melted Alive Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Coconut Crystals
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple extract
5 organic eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of Himalayan Pink salt
Preheat oven to 330°F.
Combine dry ingredients and whisk together.
Add wet ingredients into a med-large bowl and mix until it forms a dough.
In a donut pan or baking dish, bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown.
After removing from the oven, let donuts cool for about 5 minutes before removing them, then allow to cool completely.
Heat some Alive Coconut Oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the donuts and fry for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Remove from the oil and immediately roll them in your favorite toppings.
Topping ideas: Coconut Crystals, cinnamon, bacon, toasted shredded coconut or eat them just plain. ENJOY!
