Matcha Nut Butter Bars

We have another delicious no bake vegan treat for y'all from Anna’s “Food Marshall” recipe book! Sweetened with our Coconut Nectar, Coconut Flour and Alive Coconut Oil. Truly delicious without the sugar rush! We hope you enjoy these Matcha Nut Butter Bars!!!

This recipe features Coconut Nectar, Coconut Flour and Alive Coconut Oil.

Base for the Matcha Bars:

  • 1 cup raw sprouted walnuts
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients into a dough-like consistency. Then press into a square dish lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to harden (for a minimum of 10 minutes while preparing the caramel filling).

Caramel Filling:

  • ¾ cup peanut butter or raw almond butter
  • ⅓ cup Alive Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Nectar

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over base layer. Place back in the freezer to set while making the matcha topping.

Matcha Glaze Topping:

  • 2 Tbsp Alive Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup coconut milk

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the caramel filling. Place back in the freezer to harden for at least an hour.

To serve, slice into squares.
