Gochujang Shrimp Lettuce Cups by @raodyrecipes
Pre-heat oven to high for broiling
Place thawed and rinsed wild caught shrimp in a mixing bowl.
Add Gochujang Sauce, honey, and salt. Toss till shrimp are fully coated and seasonings well combined.
Place shrimp on lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
Place in oven and broil on high for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
Remove from oven and place on lettuce leaves.
Garnish each with sesame seeds, shredded slaw mix, chopped cilantro and green onions.
Serve as is or dipped in Gochujang Sauce. Enjoy!
