Celebrate the holiday with this grain-free and soy-free Sweet Potato Noodle dish, packed with #umami flavor. Creamy, comforting, savory and oh-so-tasty with simple vegan organic ingredients... You'll want to enjoy it ALL season!

Heat skillet to high and mist lightly with olive or coconut oil. Add scallions and saute for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add coconut cream and Garlic Sauce.
Bring to a gradual bubble (careful not to burn the sauce) and add sweet potato noodles.
Cover and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in peas and SeaSnax strips and increase heat to medium.
Saute until peas are bright green and sweet potato noodles are al dente.
Serve warm or straight from the pan. Looks can be deceiving because these noodles may look spooky but the ingredients are anything but!
