Gluten-free spinach pasta
Spice up this yummy vegan veggie dish with our flavorful Ginger-Turmeric Curry Sauce!
We mixed 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos with 1 Tbsp Ginger-Turmeric Sauce and added it to fresh shamrock green colored vegetables sizzled in 1 Tbsp Alive Coconut Oil (we used kale, spinach, and zucchini).
Let sizzle for 3-5 minutes then add in your cooked pasta. Toss it and you're ready to serve!
Add a pinch of salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.
