Teriyaki Asparagus & Zucchini 

Fresh green asparagus says Springtime like no other veggie! Super scrumptious paired with zucchini and our Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce! Makes for a great vegan main dish or side.  

Ingredients:
  • 1 bundle fresh green asparagus
  • 1-2 zucchini 
  • 1 clove fresh garlic (optional, crushed)
  • 1/3 tsp Coconut Vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp ground cumin 
  • 2 Tbsp Alive Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method:

Season the veggies with Teriyaki Sauce, salt, black pepper, vinegar, cumin and fresh garlic.
Fry in Alive Coconut Oil until golden brown! Serve drizzled with Coconut Aminos and fresh herbs (we suggest using dill).
