Vegan Green Bean Casserole

Vegan Green Bean Casserole with Coconut Aminos & SeaSnax Onion Chomperz

1 heaping tsp minced garlic (1 large clove)
12 oz trimmed green beans
½ cup vegetable broth
3 Tbsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
1 Tbsp olive oil
½-1 bag @seasnax Onion Chomperz
(As always, we highly recommend all organic ingredients)


Heat skillet to medium and add ½ cup broth* and 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos. Bring to a slow boil and add green beans. Stir for 1 minute and then cover for 1 minute to allow beans to steam. Uncover, add minced garlic, and 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos.

Continue to saute until beans are al dente (about 2-5 minutes on medium heat). *Note: For a thicker glaze, start with only ¼ cup broth and add more as needed.

When beans are a bright green and can be pierced with a fork, (careful not to allow them to get soggy), toss with olive oil and serve hot or at room temperature. Top with Seasnax Chomperz using clean hands to “crinkle” them over the onions for an extra umami, savory, salty, crunchy flavor.
