Wild Halibut


“I have a child who could eat salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner!” says Monica (@MonicMayDesign) our photographer and content creator. “So on Fridays we like to try a different fish.

This wild halibut melted like butter on our tongues and my son loved it!” 


Marinate for 10 minutes in Coconut Aminos Garlic Sauce and bake at 450˚F for 15 min or until the internal temperature reaches 160˚F.

In the meantime brown the organic mushrooms in Alive Coconut Oil and for the last 2 minutes poach the spinach in the same pan with a splash of Coconut Aminos. Top with a bit of fresh cilantro.
