Flavor

We’ve combined authentic gochugaru chilies with coconut tree sap to create a versatile soy-free Korean red chili sauce bursting with flavor!

Nutrition

Influenced by changing dietary preferences away from soy-based Asian seasoning sauces towards healthier soy-free options, we have created the first ever soy-free Korean Gochujang Sauce. As with all Coconut Secret sauces, the "secret" ingredient that makes the umami magic is the nutrient-rich "sap" from the blossoms of the beloved coconut tree.

This nutrient-rich sap is very low glycemic (GI of only 35), and contains a wide range of minerals, vitamins C, broad-spectrum B vitamins, 17 amino acids, and has a nearly neutral pH.
